WLAN Base Station WIII is the perfect product for wireless Internet access within urban and rural areas. The integrated router and simultaneous use of two radio boards in 2.4 and/or 5 GHz frequency range following 802.11a/b/g/h in one Outdoor Unit are ideal preconditions for operation WLAN radio networks connected to the Internet.
WIII Base Station are casca- dable and enable installation of area-wide point-to-multipoint access networks with a cost effective point-to-point backbone.

Features like encrypted data communication, firewall functionality and bandwidth on demand make it suitable for ISPs to overcome the last mile limitations and to connect private and business clients to their point of presence.
the power over Ethernet feature allows installation of the ODU nearby the antenna and therefore limits the losses between RF module and antenna.
The Indoor Unit provides Ethernet interface for connection to Internet backbone, LAN or PC and supplies power for the outdoor unit.
WLAN Base Station WIII can be used as access point or as subscriber terminal (e.g. for business clients). The integrated DHCP server, firewall with NAT allow easy configuration of the connected subscriber LAN / PC and secure connection to the Internet.
